Meet the Staff
Robert L. Fuhlrodt, LCSW, LCADC, CSAT, TEP, is the Director of the MontclairSTAR
Program. He has been active in the field of addiction since 1973 as a private clinician, a
clinical coordinator and staff clinician in major treatment facilities. He is a teacher,
educator and practitioner in psychodrama, sociometry and group psychotherapy with the
addiction population. He has taught group treatment methods for the addiction field at
colleges and universities such as Rutgers, Montclair State, Jersey City State as well as
others. He is the author / editor of Psychodrama: It's Application to ACOA and Substance
Abuse Treatment. He is a certifiied sex addiction therapist and supervisor.

Harriet M. Power, LCSW,CSAT,CMAT is a Licensed Clinical Social worker,
Psychotherapist and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Harriet brings
diversity and sensitivity to understanding the individual treatment needs of recovering
individuals and couples. An accomplished visual artist,
she skillfully incorporates creativity and nature into her work with the use of art therapy
and equine assisted psychotherapy. She teaches people to recognize and develop their
own inner resources for creative problem solving through visual imagery, movement and
non-verbal communication.

Marie Wilson, MA, LPC, CSAT,ATR-BC is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified
Sex Addiction Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist with over 30 years in the
behavioral health field. A past staff member of the Meadows program in Arizona, she
received her training and supervision from Dr. Patrick Carnes. She is currently an
Associate Professor and Coordinator of Graduate Studies in Counseling Psychology with
Art Therapy Specialization at Caldwell College. She has published numerous articles in the
field of sexual addiction and currently completing her doctorate in Psychology.
